Lively Living Group Home of Ooltewah (near Chattanooga) is staffed by professional and caring individuals 24 hours every day, ensuring assistance is available to our aged residents when needed.

Our dedicated team of staff and management consists of a Director, an Administrator, Certified Nurse's Aides, a Residential Care Technician, Chefs, and a Registered Nurse.  In addition, we have a Licensed Nurse Practitioner on call 24 hours per day.  Our facility is licensed by the State of Tennessee.

Nutritious and balanced meals are served three times daily, with special accommodations for those elderly residents with dietary restrictions.
